Eliminating stress in 7 steps

 

  1. Identify the first thing that pressurizes you most at the moment.
  2. Identify your second and third biggest concerns.
  3. Write these three things somewhere.
  4. Under each one, write down everything you can do to solve them.
  5. Check what you are already doing and what still needs to be done. Do what needs to be done.
  6. Write down what you CANNOT do under each of the things listed in number 3.
  7. Accept what you cannot do, focus on what you can, and give the rest to God.

Don’t just to read it. Follow the seven steps. They work.
