Issac's Inheritance to Jacob

Before Isaac blessed Jacob, he first had to be sure he would not delegate his authority, anointing and blessings inherited from his father Abraham to just anyone. The inheritance received from his father Abraham was eternal. It had no price and had to be passed on to the first child. After all, it was the Lord's authority that was being transferred.

AN INHERITANCE THAT WOULD NEVER END WITH THE DEATH OF THE INHERITOR.

IT SHOULD BE PASSED ON FROM FATHER TO SON UNTIL THE RETURN OF THE FIRSTBORN OF ALL FIRSTBORNS: JESUS.

It means that this BLESSING CONTINUES IN ALL STRENGTH IN THE LIFE OF ABRAHAM’S DESCENDANTS.

IT WAS NOT REVOKED AND CANNOT BE ERASED.

For it is written:
“God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should repent. has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good? Behold, I have received a command to bless; He has blessed, and I cannot reverse it.” Numbers 23:19-20

Recognition
And he came near and kissed him; and he smelled the smell of his clothing, and blessed him and said: Surely, the smell of my son is like the smell of a field  which the Lord has blessed.

After being absolutely sure of who he was going to transfer his authority to, Isaac determined the three blessings.

First: Guarantee of Prosperity
Therefore may God give you of the dew of heaven, of the fatness of the earth, and plenty of grain and wine.

Second: Guarantee of Leadership - entrepreneur, head, owner etc… -
Let peoples serve you,  and nations bow down to you. Be master over your brethren, And let your mother’s sons bow down to you.

Third: Guarantee of Security
Cursed be everyone who curses you, And blessed be those who bless you!” Genesis 27:27-29
