Why do you doubt?
If by Faith we conquer by doubt we lose.
Doubt is a spirit.
Evil knows that he cannot get you to do what he wants when you are converted, so he tries to get you to think what he wants.
Thoughts such as: you are not of God, you will never change, you cannot succeed etc...
You must resist firmly all the doubts that comes against you.
One word of doubt that is accepted into your heart is enough to kill your faith.
Look at Peter's example:
29 So He said, “Come.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus. 30 But when he saw that the wind was boisterous,[b] he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, “Lord, save me!”
31 And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him, and said to him,“O you of little faith, why did you doubt?” 32 And when they got into the boat, the wind ceased.
Matthew 14:29,31
If today you are sinking because of your doubts don't entertain them anymore, doubt your doubts, rebuke them and cry out to Jesus saying save me.
He will save you and you will be free from this doubts.
Realise that you can overcome and you will overcome.

How can you discern between a doubt coming to your mind and accepting the doubt?
Accepting the doubt means to entertain it, say yes to it.
Example: You are in a car driving and a thought comes to your mind saying, imagine if the tyre burst or something else happens? If you say yes imagine etc... you are accepting it and you become afraid and may even cause an accident but if you ignore and rebuke it straight away it means you did not accept it.
