Today's Promises:
Keep Asking, Seeking, Knocking
9 “So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 10 For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. 11 If a son asks for bread[d]from any father among you, will he give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent instead of a fish? 12 Or if he asks for an egg, will he offer him a scorpion? 13 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!” Luke 11:9 NKJVJesus says the Father will give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him.
He did not say He will judge and see if you deserve.
He will not check your past first to see if you should have.
He will give, it is a promise.
All you have to do is to ask.
When do people ask for something? When they believe they can receive.
Believe you can and ask today with all your heart and you will receive.
Lets us read bellow a comment Sibon Posted yesterday about her experience on receiving the Holy Spirit. Post yours so I can include in tomorrow's promise as it will certainly help others.

The promise you shared is the exact promise I held on to when seeking the baptism with the Holy Spirit. I remember I would remind God about it during my prayers and I also believed that it would come pass in my life and it did. I had to stop being anxious, stop thinking I was unworthy and when I least expected it I recieved because I was constantly thinking about the Holy Spirit and emptied myself of all the filth that was inside of my heart and mind.
